We strongly advise you to purchase Cancellation Insurance with us.
It costs only 5.5% of the full travel fee.
Avoid any problems!
Upon receiving your booking we will send you an acknowledgement form which is also your invoice. Please sign the form which is attached with the booking conditions and return it to us. Please keep the copy for your own records. This invoice includes a 15% deposit and the cancellation insurance fee if selected. Your payment must be received by us in our UK bank account within two weeks of your reservation.
Full payment must be received by us 12 weeks prior to your arrival. This must be paid on time as we will not send you an additional invoice. Upon receiving your final payment we will send you all the required travel documents.
We include a security deposit of € 75 in the total amount, this will be reimbursed up to four weeks after your stay, as long as your bungalow tent and its inventory has been left clean and in good order.
Security Deposit for Mobile Homes:
The security deposit for mobile homes is € 100 and must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be paid back to you in cash after your stay, as long as your mobile home and its inventory has been left clean and in good order.
If your arrival date is within 10 weeks or less from your booking date we will require you to pay the total amount in full.
In the case of late payments we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with the loss of your deposit.
All costs related to late payments are to be paid by the person making the reservation.
Cancellation policy
With the exception of reservations made and confirmed 10 weeks or less than before the arrival date, all reservations can be cancelled free of charge within 10 days of the confirmation date. The cancellation must be requested in writing.
For cancellations made after 10 days after the confirmation date but at least 8 weeks before the arrival date we will charge you 25% of the total sum.
Liability
Tentholidays does not accept liability for theft, loss, injury or damage to its guests or accommodation offered.
If the accommodation is unavailable upon your arrival Tentholidays, at its sole discretion, will offer you an equal alternative. If you decide not to accept this alternative we will reimburse your travel sum in full within two weeks.
Tentholidays can not be held liable for natural disasters such as fire, floods or damages due to a result of weather conditions.
